[CSS][xHTML] Nie powielające się tło

Panowie, właśnie próbuję stworzyć swój pierwszy całościowy portal, znaczy się że swoja grafika itd.

Zrobiłem przykładowy szablon aby spróbować pociąć go po Joomle, pociałem, zapisałem z generacją CSS, dzieki programowie topstyle3 lite, zrobiłem z niego divy z tłem, teraz chciałem sprawdzić czy szablon będzie szię powiększał w dół przy większej ilości tekstu i tu ****:/

Zamieszczam też template_css.css oraz index.html(później bedzie z tego php)
