Blue screen przy włączaniu chrome

Witam.

 

Dzisiaj zrobiłem sobie format laptopa (acer extensa 5630ez). Wgrałem windowsa XP SP 2 32 bit. Robiłem to pierwszy raz, więc trochę mi to zajęło, bo płyty ze sterownikami do laptopa nie miałem. Ściągnąłem i zainstalowałem wszystkie sterowniki (chyba) i zainstalowałem chrome. Później wyłączyłem komputer, włączyłem ponownie i przy otwieraniu chrome wywala mi blue screena. Mogę korzystać z firefoxa bez problemu. To samo się dzieje, gdy próbuje zalogować się do świeżo pobranego steama. Szperałem w internecie i dowiedziałem się, że wiele osób miało podobny problem i po usunięciu aplikacji chrome był spokój. Ja jednak nie mogę tego zrobić, ponieważ gdy klikam w "usuń programy" na chroma, to wywala mi blue screena znowu.

 

Jeśli chodzi o informatykę, to jestem zielony bardzo. Więc proszę o podpowiedzi, wyjaśnienia jak dla tępaka.

Jeśli czegoś nie podałem, to proszę napisać,z racji mojego problemu będę tu zaglądał gorączkowo często.

Wszystko do niczego, gdyż 

 

Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis.

 

 

 

Oznacza to, że musimy pobrać symbole do swojego systemu dzięki którym odczytamy w całości plik minidump - na tym etapie jest on niekompletny i może wskazywać nie ten plik co trzeba.

Zamykamy Debuggera. Po ponownym jego uruchomieniu klikamy File -> Symbol File Path -> wpisujemy:
SRV*c:\symbols*http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols

Następnie wciskamy [ctrl] + [D] i wskazujemy znów nasz plik minidump. Trzeba poczekać aż Debugger ściągnie sobie wszystkie symbole i przeanalizuje cały plik.

o samo się dzieje, gdy próbuje zalogować się do świeżo pobranego steama. Szperałem w internecie i dowiedziałem się, że wiele osób miało podobny problem i po usunięciu aplikacji chrome był spokój. Ja jednak nie mogę tego zrobić, ponieważ gdy klikam w "usuń programy" na chroma, to wywala mi blue screena znowu.

W trybie awaryjnym tak samo ?

W trybie awaryjnym to samo. Gdzieś przeczytałem, że to może być wina karty sieciowej, bo chrome i steam to aplikacje sieciowe. Może tak być? Wczoraj jakoś udało mi się usunąć chrome (bo blue screen nie wyskoczył) ale steam dalej nic.

 

Daje raport z everestu, może komuś podusnie jakąś myśl.

To wyłącz kartę sieciową i zobacz czy masz tak samo.

wyłączyłem. Odpaliłem steam w trybie offline i zadziałał. To znaczy, że mam zły sterownik do karty sieciowej? Jeszcze w menadżerze w zakładce "inne urządzenia" mam żółty znak zapytania przy "kontroler ethernet" <---- to może być ten problem? Jeśli tak to o co chodzi:D?

pobrałem sterownik i zainstalowałem. Uruchomiłem ponownie komputer i 3 razy zaraz po napisie "zapraszamy" wyskoczył mi blue screen.  Żółtego znaku zapytania już nie ma. jakieś pomysły? Bo ja mam już dość

Nie wiem jak się czyści rejestr, ale zainstalowałem inny sterownik i steam się dopalił. Wszytsko jak na razie działa normalnie. Dziękuję za pomoc i przepraszam za zabranie Ci czasu Youki. Proszę jednak, abyś nie zamykał jeszcze tematu przynajmniej do jutra wieczór, żebym nie musiał tworzyć nowego w razie gdyby coś jeszcze było nie tak. Dziękuję jeszcze raz, będę polecał Wasze forum.

A więc znowu wykrakałem i steam się odpala, ale pobrałem sobie Dotę i jak zwykle włączam i blue screen...:;/ o dziwo pobrałem też csa i normalnie śmiga... o co tu chodzi...

instalowałem już chyba wszytskie, chyba, że to nie były sterowniki od karty graficznej... Brałem wszytskie stąd:
http://www.acer.pl/ac/pl/PL/content/driversmój model to extensa 5630EZ. Mógłbyś mi wskazać, który powinienem zainstalować?

przeinstalowałem, dalej to samo. Ale zaciekawił mnie ten fakt (bo tak grzebie i grzebie w tym kompie):
ściągnąłem sobie program everest i zrobiłem raport i zaciekawiło mnie:

Mikroukład płyty głównej ---> Nieznane

Z tego co myślę, to mikroukład nazywa się chipset i jest na tej stronie acera ze sterami, jednakże po próbie instalacji dlaej nic nie wykrywa
