Mam zainstalowanego Ubuntu 7.1 i nie mogę odtwarzać plików mp3. Totem wyświetla następujący komunikat

U mnie akurat, zawsze MP3 działało. Spróbuj:

U mnie pod Debianem też grało bez kodeków, ale pod SuSE sprawę rozwiązały kodeki w32codecs I chodziło po nich wszystko

Ja miałem kiedyś podbnie i tak do rozwiązałem:

Otworzyłem aplikacje Dodaj/Usuń programy

Tam dałem żeby wyszukiwał wszystkie dostępne aplikacje

Wpsiałem codec i zainstalowałem tam kodeka z mp3 (będziesz miał wyświetlone w opisie kodeka)

Link, który podał localh0st załatwi sprawe, polecam też przejrzeć całą tą strone.

Synaptic nie wykrywa, a jak w "add/remove" grzebałem to jest ten sam błąd z każdą inną aplikacją

To spróbuj zainstalować te w32codecs, przydadzą się potem do filmów itp.

Wpisz:

sudo aptitude install gstreamer-lame lame

Oczywiście w konsoli/terminalu.

nie działa to wpisanie w konsoli, a poza tym pisze że nie dodano żadnych pakietów

co teraz?

cóż nic nie pomaga... a wcześniej chodziło! będe musiał zrobić reinstalkę ale wybrać inny region, moze to pomoże...

jakie miasto proponujesz?

A po co to? Weź odpal Synaptica, tam odśwież listę serwerów czy jak to się tam nazywa i spróbuj tam wyszukać i zainstalować pakiety. Reinstalka nic nie da

Zapisujesz i następnie:

//localh0st - ale nie ma wtyczki, którą podałeś sudo aptitude install gstreamer-lame, dlatego nie chciało się zainstalować.

//Zarov - ale Debian i Ubuntu mają zupełnie inne paczki nie mówiąc już o repozytoriach. Na 100% są te paczki w Ubuntu.

Już mówiłem - Synaptic nie ma tych pakietów. Jednak zrobię reinstalację i tym razem zainstaluję wersję OEM - tak lepiej chodziło.zgłoszę się jak będzie po wszystkim

Udało się! Działa! Zainstalowałem z poziomu OEM.
